  10. Pasta with Yogurt Basil Sauce

  12. 4 ounces fettuccini             1 tsp olive oil
  13. 1 clove garlic, minced          1/2 cup plain yogurt
  14. 2 Tbls grated Parmesan          1 Tbls fresh basil
  15. Salt and pepper to taste
  16.  
  17. Cook fettuccini and drain.  Immediately toss with oil, garlic and 
  18. yogurt.  Add parmesan, basil and salt & pepper.  Serve hot.
